Joyydesign creates handmade and made-to-order costume props, masks, face shells, lenses, accessories, suits, and creative pieces. Because many items are made after purchase, the total time before delivery may include both production time and shipping transit time.
Joyydesign products are handmade or made to order. The estimated time before delivery depends on product type, production workload, destination country, carrier speed, customs processing, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
If you need an item for a birthday, event, convention, or photoshoot, please order early and contact us before checkout if timing is important.
After your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or another available contact method. Please use the tracking number to follow your package status.
If tracking does not update immediately, please allow 1-3 business days for the carrier system to refresh.
Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and contact information are correct before checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only help correct the address before the order has shipped.
Joyydesign is not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable shipping address provided by the customer.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local delivery office, building reception, or the shipping carrier.

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, tracking number, clear photos of the package, and clear photos or videos of the item condition.
