Use the tracking tool below to check your order status. After your Joyydesign order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or contact method used at checkout.

Tracking updates may take 5 business days to appear after the carrier receives the package. If your package appears delayed, delivered but missing, or has no update for an unusual amount of time, please contact us with your order number, checkout email, and tracking number.
