The service, delivery and contact were great, all the products were in great shape and of great quality. There is one design flaw, the fabric mask is too tight and causes the hard shell magnets to dislodge the two half’s of the hard shell having them sit on top of each other. This does not happen to the hard shell without the spidey fabric mask covering it. It can usually sit nicely for a while but you have to be delicate. Otherwise im really grateful and hope this feedback helps. Thanks :)
